Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region. Responsibilities: Create Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure smooth procurement processes Manage vendor cooperation contracts Review and maintain the vendor information database Source and evaluate new and existing vendors Support cost efficiency and quality improvement initiatives Maintain and update purchasing records/reports, master data, and pricing Monitor and coordinate product deliveries Coordinate with vendors regarding product orders to support operations Ensure timely delivery for outstanding OSPO (Open Short PO) items Manage vendor invoice administration and coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure smooth and timely payment processing Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing (especially merchandise/gimmicks, digital printing, etc.) Good proficiency in English Understanding of import processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) Strong understanding of procurement processes Excellent communication skills for effective interaction Ability to lead and motivate a procurement team Strong problem-solving skills related to procurement, supply chain, or vendor performance Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills Responsive, proactive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
