KIDS&US ROMA MAZZINI: ACADEMIC COORDINATOR At Kids&Us, we are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for children. We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized Academic Coordinator to join our team and lead the academic management of our centre. Main Responsibilities The Academic Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the students’ learning process and ensure the smooth academic operation of the school. Academic Planning & Organization Plan group schedules, assign classrooms, and coordinate teaching staff Prepare classrooms and ensure all pedagogical materials are ready (student and teacher materials, notebooks, etc.) Monitor the implementation of group planning and scheduling Ensure efficient management of student arrivals and departures Teacher Support & Coordination Organize, support, coordinate, and continuously monitor teachers Provide pedagogical guidance and resolve academic queries Coordinate external teacher audits and conduct internal evaluations Prepare and lead internal academic coordination meetings Parents & Customer Communication Support the organization and delivery of parents’ meetings and teacher–parent meetings Provide attentive customer care to families and internal stakeholders Assessment & Reporting Conduct learning assessments Analyze student and group progress Oversee the preparation and quality control of academic reports Handle School Activities Coordinate and prepare extracurricular school activities Teach classes, if required The Academic Coordinator will report directly to the School Director. ______________ Candidate Profile * We are looking for a proactive and responsible professional with: * Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills *Certified C1 level (or higher) in both English and Italian *Previous experience and a genuine interest in working within childhood and adolescent education are strongly preferred *Proven experience in teaching across the 3–18 age range (preferred) * Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (preferred) * Background in Pedagogy, Education, or related studies (preferred) Working Hours: Full time contract ______________ If Kids&Us sounds like the kind of school you would love to be part of, we would be delighted to hear from you!
