Product Consultations: Provide expert advice on mobile data packages, international roaming, and high-speed internet solutions tailored to customer needs. Technical Logistics: Coordinate with field technicians and logistics teams for service installations or equipment replacements. Quality Assurance: Maintain high satisfaction levels by delivering efficient, solution-oriented support via phone, chat, and email. Requirements Language: Native or C2-level French and professional proficiency in English. Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece). Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in telecommunications technology and digital connectivity. Professionalism: An organized, patient, and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
