CALL CENTER AGENTS / DATA CAPTURER

Duties & Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients using an automatic dialer system Follow approved sales and communication scripts, while confidently improvising to build rapport and address client-specific needs Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs Effectively close sales in line with agreed targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements Maintain full product knowledge to accurately explain features, benefits, and terms (comprehensive training will be provided) Sales Performance & Targets Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and productivity metrics Demonstrate a target-driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Actively manage pipelines and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
