Customer Service Team Lead (Packaging Field)

Jadeer is hiring a Customer Service Specialist Team Lead on behalf of one of our clients in Obour City. Our client is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions, known for high-quality products and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a customer-focused professional to join their expanding team. Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Team Lead Key Responsibilities: Lead the customer service team in handling inbound and outbound calls while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Oversee order placement and monitor production and delivery schedules. Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and support. Supervise the accuracy and updating of the client database and records. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Monitor deliveries, payments, dispatches, artwork approvals, and related documentation. Ensure team compliance with QHSE, Food Safety (FS), and GMP standards. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. +1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or related role. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Job Conditions: Obour City Full-Time Position Sunday to Thursday From 7:30AM - 3:30PM
