Content Review Analyst – German

Location: Lisbon – LACS Santos (On‑Site) Start Date: 2 March 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 Job Overview Join a global Streaming Service Platform as a Legal Operation Analyst , where you will review and process legal and compliance‑related requests. This is a back‑office role with no customer contact and no prior content moderation experience required. Key Responsibilities Review and process incoming legal requests (privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification, copyright) Moderate written content according to legal and platform guidelines Ensure requests are handled within agreed SLAs and quality standards Stay up to date with client policies and internal procedures Work with KPIs such as FCR, SLA, and CSAT Requirements Fluent German (C1/C2) English B2 Good analytical and written comprehension skills Basic understanding of KPIs (training provided) No previous experience required (up to 12 months in content moderation is acceptable) Salary & Benefits Annual Base Salary: with or without experience base salary 15260€ gross Language Premium Bonus: €235/month Meal Allowance: €7.63 per workday (meal card – net) Transportation Allowance: €720/year Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual base salary Additional Benefits Health Insurance & Life Insurance Family Health Plan (spouse/legal partner & children) Contract Details 2‑month paid training agreement Followed by a 1‑year Fixed‑Term Contract 30‑day probation period Relocation Support (if applicable) For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal: Support with NIF & NISS Assistance with accommodation search €2,000 gross relocation bonus (paid with first payroll) Additional €1,000 gross if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area
