This team builds architecturally significant, high-dollar estates for discerning clients who expect precision, discretion, and excellence at every level. This is not a production role. This is not entry-level luxury. This is for a Project Manager who knows how to run complex, multi-million-dollar custom homes without hand-holding — someone who commands respect on site, owns the numbers, and protects the client experience from groundbreaking to keys-in-hand. WHAT YOULL OWN You will operate as the central force behind each project — driving communication, budget control, scheduling precision, and execution strategy. Lead $5M–$20M+ luxury custom homes from preconstruction through closeout Own budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost control without surprises Drive master schedules using Microsoft Project — and hold teams accountable to them Partner directly with Superintendents to maintain field excellence Lead constructability reviews and early-stage cost strategy Run subcontractor bidding, leveling, and contract coordination Protect quality standards worthy of magazine-level custom builds Manage high-touch homeowner communication with confidence and authority Navigate municipalities, consultants, and utilities without drama WHO THIS IS FOR 3-5+ years running true luxury custom homes (not production, not semi-custom) Deep understanding of high-end residential sequencing and finishes Comfortable managing demanding clients and elite design teams Financially sharp — you know your numbers at all times Strong with Microsoft Project and Excel Able to read plans like a second language Calm under pressure, direct in communication, decisive in action MINDSET REQUIRED You dont wait to be told what to do You solve problems before they escalate You protect the brand like its your own You expect excellence from trades — and get it You operate with autonomy and accountability This builder values strong operators.
