Job Description Administer and track personal, real estate, and investment-related assets across multiple entities Coordinate entity and asset documentation: governing docs, registrations, compliance records, ownership and transaction logs Support asset activity such as acquisitions, dispositions, valuations coordination, and related documentation Coordinate insurance coverage administration, renewals, and distribution of registration/insurance materials to stakeholders Liaise with external parties and government organizations as needed (e.g., Secretary of State, Customs & Border Protection, other agencies) Execute and document payments and treasury activities following internal controls and approval protocols Perform daily cash management activities and support weekly/monthly cash reporting Receive, verify, and reconcile expense reports; reconcile vendor accounts and statements Serve as a primary administrator for tools/platforms such as Bill.com, Concur, banking platforms, and accounting systems Support improvements to controls, procedures, and workflows across finance and asset administration Assist with cross-functional side projects requiring strong organization, follow-through, and project management Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in administrative operations, finance operations/treasury support, insurance/asset administration, or related work Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Experience with accounting systems and/or database reporting tools preferred Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong writing, organization, and follow-through High integrity, discretion, and comfort working with sensitive and confidential information Why You Will Love Working Here Youll be trusted to own critical processes and documentation that keep everything running smoothly Youll work with a positive, supportive team that values accuracy, service, and professionalism Youll have variety in your day: finance ops, asset administration, insurance coordination, and special projects Youll be supported with excellent benefits, meaningful PTO, and a healthy, collaborative culture JPC-703 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
