Bilingual Recruiter

Job description: We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The Ideal candidate must have 6 months or more of recruiting experience. Will be working in Asheboro, NC for 2 months and then moving to Burlington, NC. MUST BE BILINIGUAL Responsibilities Include: Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, and in-person) Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Requirements and Skills: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume data bases Experience with sourcing techniques Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgement Must be Bilingual If interested?
