School Business Manager | High Achieving Secondary School in Yorkshire

We are working with a high-achieving secondary academy in Yorkshire to recruit an experienced School Business Manager for a permanent, full-time role. This is a strategic leadership position that is vital to the school’s long-term operational success. About the School This large secondary school is part of a leading Multi-Academy Trust, providing excellent opportunities for networking and career growth. The school is well-resourced and sits within a modern, well-maintained site. The Senior Leadership Team is highly collaborative and values the expertise of their business lead in driving school improvement. The Role You will oversee the school’s financial management, HR, premises, and health and safety. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will manage budgets, procure contracts, and ensure the school remains financially sustainable while providing the best possible environment for student learning. You will also lead on the school's income generation strategies. Requirements CSBM/DSBM qualification or equivalent experience in financial management. Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to lead diverse support teams. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Salary £42,000 – £52,000 per annum.
