About the job: Content and Social Media Specialist (BGC Taguig) | Onsite Working Setup: Preferred Days: Tuesday to Saturday: 100% Onsite (BGC Taguig) Alternative: Monday: WFH, Tuesday to Friday: Onsite (BGC Taguig) Work Hours: Preferred Hours: 1am - 10am PHT (Preferred) Negotiable: Between 11pm - 8am PHT and 4am - 1pm PHT As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you will help build awareness and credibility in the U.S. market through public relations initiatives and impactful content. You'll manage the company's social media platforms and owned media while supporting internal stakeholders with relevant updates and research. Responsibilities: Social media management and content development: Lead or support the company's social media management and growth, with a primary focus on content development. The initial focus will be on X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with potential to expand to other platforms. Content development for other owned media: In line with the content marketing strategy and plan, develop and edit informational articles for the company. The writer is expected to conduct in-depth research and develop content independently. US news monitoring and sharing: Monitor US industry news relevant to the company's business areas on a daily basis to share internally. This is to stay informed on industry topics, trends, and relevant policies. Other task: Conduct or assist with additional content creation, research, and communications and marketing tasks for the company, as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Fluent in English 3+ years of professional writing experience (in English) for external audiences. Proven track record in developing strategies and successfully managing and growing social media platforms. Capable of conducting in-depth research and independently creating informative content/articles with accountability. Preferred qualifications: Advanced experience in visual and video content creation is highly preferred. Knowledge or a foundational understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry and healthcare policies is preferred. Knowledge or a foundational understanding of the U.S. labor market, economic environment, and policies is preferred. Extensive writing experience through journalism or communications roles is desired.
