Senior Project Manager – Construction | Richmond, CA Join a leading facilities management and food services provider supporting a national energy account. What You'll Do: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring accountability and high performance. Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation. Oversee complex construction projects, including MEP systems and active-site renovations. Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships, resolving issues and upholding contract compliance. Ensure project controls, documentation, procurement, and field operations align with company standards. Drive financial success through cost estimates, proposals, and proactive project recovery planning. What You Bring: 5+ years managing complex construction projects , including MEP systems and active-site renovations. 3+ years in project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management in the energy or facilities management sectors. Strong leadership and mentoring skills for project teams. Expertise in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera), document management tools (Procore, BIM360, PlanGrid), and scheduling/estimating software. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and Visio. Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
