About the Opportunity Our client, a growing industrial equipment and machinery solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Field Installation Crew Lead to oversee complex equipment installations across manufacturing and processing environments. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys leading crews, and has strong mechanical and welding expertise. You will be the go-to leader on job sites — coordinating personnel, managing equipment, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on time.
