Construction Project Coordinator (Procore) – Industrial Projects

Construction Project Administrator Houston, TX | Full-Time | Construction Management | Procore Required We are hiring a Construction Project Administrator to support one of our most prestigious industrial/energy accounts in Houston, TX . This role works directly with the Project Manager to coordinate documentation, scheduling, reporting, and vendor communication to keep construction projects on track. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional with strong Procore and project coordination experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain project documentation, logs, and action item tracking Coordinate project meetings and record meeting minutes Support project scheduling, reporting, and bid/proposal processes Track risks, issues, and project progress Manage technical documentation and project closeout activities Communicate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of construction project administration, estimating, or construction management experience Hands-on experience with Procore Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project) Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail Experience in industrial or energy sector projects preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience & education) Medical, Dental, Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & company holidays Tuition reimbursement & career growth opportunities
