IT SOC Engineer

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation delivering advanced network solutions in a dynamic telecom environment. Job Overview : Provide 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response support. Act as first-level support: log incidents, perform initial analysis, and escalate critical issues. Troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking environments. Manage Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, patching). Support cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, ELB, VPN Gateway, NAT, Security Groups). Handle proxy configurations and network troubleshooting (DNS/DHCP). Perform OS upgrades, software installations, and system updates. Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python. Prepare incident and performance reports. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Cloud, Network, or Windows Server administration. Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL), MPLS, and cloud networking. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms preferred. Relevant certifications (CCNA, HCIA/HCIP, MCSA, Azure Administrator) are a plus. Willingness to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.
