Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to patients in various care settings Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based therapy interventions Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and recovery strategies Qualifications: Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Schedule & Work Environment: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling options Shifts available up to 36 hours per week S45-50 Hour Settings include post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics
