Danish-Speaking Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Project Introduction A global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing is recruiting Danish-speaking Sales Representatives for an innovative cybersecurity client based in Lisbon, Portugal . This role is part of a high-energy, growth-focused team operating in the fast-paced digital security sector, acting as a trusted advisor to clients on cybersecurity solutions. Your Role Account Management: Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term relationships and high satisfaction levels. Business Development: Build strong client connections through proactive outbound calls and video meetings. Sales Operations: Prepare quotes, process orders, and support customers with detailed product inquiries. Forecasting & Data: Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and activity-based KPIs. Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on complex cybersecurity solutions. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure client success and continuous process improvement. Your Qualifications Languages: Native or fluent in Danish (C2 level) and a good command of English (B2 level). Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in Technology, SaaS, or B2B environments). Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, forecast opportunities, and create strategic action plans. Aptitude: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets; a resilient team player. IT Literacy: Good computer literacy; experience with CRM tools is a significant advantage. The Offer Location: Modern office facilities in Lisbon with on-site cafeteria and lounge areas. Contract: Permanent full-time contract. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Weekends off).
