Croatian-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist Introduction A global outsourcing leader is seeking Croatian-speaking Content Moderation Specialists to join their Trust & Safety team in Lisbon, Portugal . In this role, you will be on the front lines of digital safety, ensuring a compliant online environment by reviewing user-generated content against platform policies. Your Role Content Assessment: Review and analyze a wide variety of user-generated content (text, images, videos, ads, and web pages) to ensure compliance with global Trust & Safety guidelines. Violation Management: Identify and flag content that violates policies, including hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and other prohibited materials. Technical Escalation: Utilize internal specialized tools to label and escalate sensitive or non-compliant content to higher-level departments when necessary. Performance Standards: Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while consistently meeting daily and weekly productivity targets. Collaboration: Participate in feedback and calibration sessions with the internal team to refine moderation strategies. Market Flexibility: Support additional workflows or linguistic markets as needed to meet evolving business demands. Your Qualifications Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Croatian (C2) and a good command of English (B2+). Attention to Detail: Strong ability to interpret and apply complex moderation guidelines consistently. Resilience: Comfortable and objective when working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content. Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment. Technical Skills: Basic digital literacy and confidence in using various online moderation tools and platforms. The Offer Location: Modern office in Lisbon, Portugal . Contract: Full-time Portuguese employment contract (40 hours/week). Training: Fully paid professional training provided in English.
