What we are looking for: Fluent French (C1/C2 – mandatory) At least 1 year of Customer Support experience (call center, helpdesk, customer care, back office) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Availability for on-site work (Porto – within 30km) Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00 Start date: ASAP Only candidates currently living in Porto area will be contacted.
