Regional CSM Leader – Philippines (Manila) High Level Job Description: Require an enthusiastic and a talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can: Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in Philippines and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities. Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for the company's SaaS products / services. Example of SaaS Requirements: POS (Point-of-Sale) Systems – cloud POS for multi-branch retail Omnichannel Commerce Platforms – online + offline integration Inventory & Order Management Systems (OMS) Retail ERP Systems CRM & Loyalty Platforms Workforce Management / Scheduling SaaS Retail Analytics & BI Platforms SAP Oracle Work with company's Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables. Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time. Experience and Skills: An enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise sales and can: Align with customers and the company to create a joint vision of the future Empathy with customer. Be consistent and detail oriented University Degree with at least 8 to 12 years of sales/consulting experience. Creativity in solving complex problems.
