SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant (S/4HANA Project) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Sathorn, Bangkok Salary Budget: Up to 200,000 THB per month About the Role Our client, a leading organization undergoing digital transformation, is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant to join their S/4HANA implementation project . This role will play a key part in designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Finance and Controlling solutions to support business transformation, financial governance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Controlling, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure SAP S/4HANA solutions are aligned with business requirements, compliant with financial standards, and optimized for scalability and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation activities across the S/4HANA project lifecycle (Blueprint, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Hypercare). Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Controlling teams and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). Design and support integration between FI/CO and other modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Manage enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvements post-go-live. Support data migration activities, financial reconciliation, SIT, and UAT processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks. Work closely with technical teams on RICEFW developments and functional specifications. Provide end-user training and support during system rollout. Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and test scripts. Qualifications & Experience 8–10 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO functional experience. Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation. Strong expertise in FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing). Solid understanding of financial closing processes, budgeting, cost control, and management reporting. Experience with S/4HANA Finance features such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Fiori Apps is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of integration between FI/CO and logistics modules (MM, SD, PP). Experience in data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
