Technical Customer Support Specialist German & English Speakers Location: Lisbon, Portugal – Oriente (On‑Site) Start Date: 19 February 2026 Contract Type: Fixed‑Term Contract (CDD) – 6 months About the Role Are you passionate about digital marketing, websites, and online solutions ? In this role, you will support German‑speaking customers , helping them build, manage, and optimize their online presence. You will act as a trusted advisor , delivering high‑quality customer support via phone, email, and chat . Work Schedule Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 06:00 – 22:00 Days off: Saturday & Sunday Early shift support (06:00 start): Uber transportation covered up to €25.00 Key Responsibilities Provide technical customer support for Website Solutions via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with website tools, digital products, and online services Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical or digital solutions Ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of customer requests Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels Candidate Requirements Language Skills German: C1/C2 (mandatory) English: B2 or higher Experience & Knowledge Mandatory experience or strong knowledge in: Digital Marketing and/or Web Design / Website Solutions Strong interest in digital products and online technologies Skills Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Strong customer‑focused mindset Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technical environment Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months ) Performance Bonus: €180 per month (paid over 12 months ) Welcome Bonus: €3,000 Additional Benefits Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day Health insurance: From day 1 Monthly contribution applies; free after 6 months Uber transportation for early shifts Continuous training and career development opportunities Important Notes The Welcome Bonus is paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment Each installment is conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month The welcome bonus must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary From December onwards, there is no retention bonus for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects Hiring Process Application Review Language Assessment (German & English) Client Interview(s)
