As a part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the airport and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with necessary information and guidance. 2. Handle check-in procedures, including ticketing, baggage handling, and seat assignments. 3. Monitor flight schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals. 4. Coordinate with ground staff, security personnel, and other airport departments to ensure smooth operations. 5. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Maintain accurate records of flight information, passenger counts, and other relevant data. 7. Assist in airport security and safety procedures, including baggage screening and passenger identification. 8. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the flight, such as medical emergencies or flight delays. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in any field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends. 6. Basic computer skills. 7. Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
