The company stands out for its commitment to delivering personalized service to its clients and aircraft owners. 📈 RECRUITMENT CONTEXT : As part of its growth and to strengthen its Operations team, our client is looking to hire a Flight Dispatcher based in Malta . This role is critical for ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth flight operations for their business aviation clients. 💼 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : We are seeking a Flight Dispatcher to work closely with the Operations team. You will be responsible for: Preparing and coordinating flight operations in Europe and worldwide, including routing, weather analysis, payload considerations, and operational constraints Building complete flight planning packages and operational documentation for flight crews Coordinating with flight support providers, handlers, and operational partners to ensure all pre-flight requirements are met Organizing ground services: fuel, handling, catering, crew accommodation, and ground transportation Obtaining, verifying, and managing overflight and landing permits prior to departure Coordinating airport slots and ensuring operational clearances are secured before flight release Acting as a point of contact for sales and operational partners during the pre-flight phase Monitoring crew availability, flight hours, and rest requirements to ensure compliance Collaborating with Operations colleagues to align pre-flight planning and on-site activities for smooth flight execution This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive. 👨‍💼 PROFILE SOUGHT : Previous experience in flight dispatch or flight operations , in business aviation Strong knowledge of international flight planning and pre-flight operational processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple flights simultaneously under tight deadlines Professional communication skills in English (mandatory) Personal qualities: proactive, solution-oriented, rigorous, autonomous, and team-oriented Position based in Malta. 💰 SALARY AND BENEFITS : Annual gross salary: €35,000 – €40,000. 📝 APPLICATION PROCESS : To apply, click directly below.
