German‑Speaking Customer Support Advisor – Cards & Payments

Were looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team representing one of the worlds most trusted financial brands. Youll be the voice of the companyassisting customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving inquiries with empathy and precision while maintaining the highest service standards. Youll start your journey in frontline support, gaining a deep understanding of customer interactions. After about a month, youll gradually transition into back-office support, working closely with experienced colleagues and handling specialized service areas. Your Responsibilities Frontline Support (first month): Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Record all interactions in the companys CRM system. Provide clear and accurate information on card usage, benefits, and account details. Backoffice Support (after training): Manage queries for: Ask Support (email) Priceless Cities Support (email) MAC Global Services (email & voice) My Data Support Social Media Support Support customers with key issues, such as: Reporting and blocking lost or stolen cards Card payment rejections and balance checks Understanding card benefits and offers What You Bring Language skills: German (C2) and English (B2) written and spoken. Customer focus: Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented communicator. Adaptability: Comfortable with both frontline and backoffice responsibilities. Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable using multiple communication platforms.
