Environmental Health Safety Security Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Environment Health Safety Security (EHSS) Manager to join our client's team. Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHSS management system in line with local regulations and standards. Prepare and review risk assessments, safe systems of work, and enforce preventive health, safety, security, and environmental measures. Conduct workplace inspections, investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions. Manage waste data systems, monitor ESG initiatives, and support sustainability and decarbonisation plans. Ensure ISO compliance, coordinate EHSS training, supervise contractors adherence to regulations, and act as the main point of contact for site security. Key Requirements: Health and safety qualifications Must be fluent in Maltese , with the ability to speak and read the language Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive matters. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in ISO 14001 and/or Health & Safety will be considered an asset. #LI-GB1
