This role is ideal for an associate who has thrived in elite, fast-paced litigation environments and is looking to deepen their experience in securities class actions, shareholder disputes, and regulatory investigations involving cutting-edge technology and life sciences companies . Position Overview The Securities Litigation practice represents public companies, boards, executives, and financial institutions in bet-the-company matters . Associates are trusted with meaningful responsibility early and work closely with partners on headline-making litigation and investigations. You will be embedded in lean, highly collaborative teams where analytical rigor, writing excellence, and strategic judgment are essential.
