Marketing Operations Specialist (office/remote)

Build and run the systems that fill our pipeline with qualified opportunities. You'll create multi-channel outbound sequences, leverage AI for personalization at scale, write messaging that converts technical executives, and continuously optimize based on what's truly booking meetings. Location: GEORGIA Candidates must be based in Georgia, with the flexibility to work either from our Tbilisi office or from a home office – the choice is up to you! RESPONSIBILITIES: Pipeline generation infrastructure: Multi-channel automated sequences (email, LinkedIn, warm intro programs, etc.) that run reliably and can scale External messaging & positioning: Writing and testing copy that resonates with technical and non-technical executives while framing clear business value CRM & automation workflows: Lead scoring, segmentation, sales handoff processes, and tool integrations AI-assisted personalization: Implementing AI tools to customize outreach at scale while maintaining technical credibility, accuracy, and protecting our brand Conversion optimization: Continuous A/B testing of messaging, timing, and channels to improve reply rates and meeting booking rate REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years in B2B growth at startups or high-growth companies in roles like demand generation, SDR/BDR, marketing operations, or RevOps. Proven ability to write technical B2B messaging that resonates with engineering, product, or infrastructure buyers, not just business buyers. You understand how to reference technical challenges (e.g., cloud migration, system scalability, technical debt) while framing business outcomes (e.g., faster time-to-market, reduced costs, competitive advantage). You’ve used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Clay etc.) to generate personalized messaging, research prospects, or enrich data. More importantly, you know how to quality-check AI outputs for accuracy and maintain technical credibility. You know how to build targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar. You understand firmographic filters, intent signals, and how to balance list quality with volume. You've personally built multi-step automated workflows, set up triggers and logic, and connected systems together. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar. You've run structured A/B tests, tracked conversion rates, and used data to make decisions about what to scale or kill You work well with sales teams and incorporate feedback, but you also have experience driving decisions and next steps AS A PLUS: Experience at earlier-stage companies, where you had to build things without perfect resources or heavy management structure Previous experience as an SDR/BDR who built their own automation to work smarter Deep familiarity with modern prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Clearbit, etc.) Experience with design collaboration or using tools like Figma/PowerPoint for simple graphics Technical background or deep experience selling / marketing technical services (e.g., Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Advanced Software, Embedded Engineering) WE OFFER YOU: Office space or home office – whichever suits you best!
