Responsibilities Reservation Management: Assist Danish-speaking travelers with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat. Problem Resolution: Resolve payment discrepancies and booking issues by coordinating between travelers and accommodation partners. Technical Assistance: Support users with account access, mobile app navigation, and troubleshooting on the digital platform. Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions reflect the premium service standards of a global travel leader while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Requirements Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English. Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note that non-EU residence permits from other countries are not sufficient). A professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions. Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sector is a strong advantage.
