Studio Interior Designer

Position: Studio Interior Designer Location: Bogotá, Colombia Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Base salary About the Role Are you a motivated Studio Interior Designer with a passion for design projects and expertise in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop? Join us to craft cutting-edge gaming studios and influence the future of iGaming environments. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the complete design process, from initial concepts to final studio handover. Develop top-tier 3D models, visualizations, and photorealistic renders for studio spaces. Draft precise design specs and technical docs to direct production efforts. Generate and ready all necessary files and assets for printing and fabrication. Outline design needs, assist with procurement, and source materials/products as required. Direct studio production, co-owning on-time, high-quality project completion. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to hit deadlines, quality benchmarks, and project scopes. Support on-site studio setups, verifying adherence to designs, renders, and standards. Partner with internal teams to achieve timelines, budgets, and quality goals. Forecast schedules, track deadlines, and control costs for streamlined delivery. Engage in team meetings and creative ideation sessions. Travel abroad as needed for studio builds and oversight. Requirements: Native/fluent Spanish (C1), with excellent written/spoken skills; English proficiency (B2 minimum). Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Arts, or equivalent field. Track record in completing design projects, backed by a robust portfolio. Expert-level skills in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corona Render. Background in illustration, animation, or motion design is a plus. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere is advantageous. Solid project management for end-to-end design workflows. Creative mindset, strong problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. iGaming experience preferred. Superior communication and teamwork with varied stakeholders.
