Marketing & Communications Executive

Our client, a leading agent for Malta residency and citizenship programmes, is looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive . In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager with website management, social media, marketing materials, and research. This role is ideal for candidates with creative design skills and a strategic approach to marketing . This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €40K , plus benefits. Role & Responsibilities Manage the company website using WordPress Coordinate with external web developers as needed Create professional digital and offline marketing materials, ensuring they are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the company’s identity Support campaigns and promotions with high-quality design assets Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and optimise content strategy Identify and attend industry conferences, events, and corporate forums Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities Work closely with the sales team on materials, presentations, and campaign planning Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives Track engagement and provide insights to improve social media and marketing effectiveness Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a marketing and communications role in Malta Fluency in English (C2/native level), both written and spoken Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva , or similar Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skills Experience managing LinkedIn content and understanding marketing metrics and analytics About the Role Salary up to €40K, plus benefits Office-based in Mriehel Laptop provided by the company Health insurance Free parking On-the-job training Opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
