Cotton Spinning Production Engineer - Eshratex Spinning S.A.E

We are seeking a results-driven Spinning Production Engineer to lead our spinning operations. You will be responsible for converting high-grade raw cotton into premium yarn while maintaining peak machine efficiency and the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Process Engineering: Develop and implement optimized "Spinning Plans." Set draft, twist, and speed parameters for all stages, from Blow-room and Carding to Ring Spinning and Winding. Quality Command: Maintain strict adherence quality standards. Operational Efficiency: Maximize grams-per-spindle output. Manage the synchronization of Doffing cycles to minimize idle time. Waste & Cost Control: Lead "Invisible Loss" reduction programs and raw material realization to ensure maximum profitability. Workforce Leadership: Supervise shift leads and operators, ensuring a culture of safety (LOTO), technical excellence, and mutual respect.
