Talent Sourcer (iGaming)

Role We are looking for a Sourcer with experience in iGaming who understands the industry from the inside, from media buying and CRM to risk, payments, and compliance. This is not just LinkedIn search. We need strong research skills, industry understanding, and the ability to reach the right people. Key Responsibilities Search for candidates for iGaming companies, from Head of Payments and Head of Sales to Affiliate Managers, Business Development Managers, various lead positions, and other key roles. Work with LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, niche communities, and Boolean search. Do initial outreach and understand how to engage candidates and motivate them to speak with a recruiter. Build a stable pipeline for active vacancies. Work closely with recruiters and test new sourcing strategies together. Keep ATS and sourcing trackers updated and regularly maintain accurate data in the system. Monitor the market, who moves where, which companies are growing, and where new projects are launching. Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment. Experience in iGaming is required. Experience in other niches will be a plus. Good written Russian and English at B1+ level or higher. Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, or similar platforms. Ability to quickly understand new roles and learn fast. Own network or database of contacts in iGaming will be a plus.. Key Soft Skills Proactivity and independence. Attention to detail.
