Lead Mobile Developer (Cross-Platform) IOS Android

Location: Ortigas, Pasig Work Setup: Hybrid: (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift Job Description The Lead Mobile Developer (Cross-Platform) is responsible for leading the development, quality, and performance of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. This role ensures high coding standards, application stability, and on-time delivery while mentoring the mobile development team and driving agile best practices. The Lead Mobile Developer works closely with the Director of Software Development to deliver scalable, high-performing mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Code Quality & Standards Perform 100% code reviews for iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose). Enforce best practices, coding standards, and clean architecture principles. Mobile App Performance Ensure mobile applications meet performance benchmarks for speed, stability, and responsiveness. Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and technical issues. Team Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and guide mobile developers in technical skills, coding standards, and agile practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement. Agile Project Management Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming. Work closely with leadership to ensure timely sprint delivery and issue resolution. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Evaluate and adopt new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools. Improve development efficiency and application quality through innovation. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 9 years of mobile application development experience . Strong expertise in: iOS: Swift, SwiftUI Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose Proven experience leading mobile development teams in an agile environment. Strong understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting mobile applications. Relevant mobile development or agile certifications are a plus.
