School Office Manager role - Enfield Primary

We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a friendly Primary team starting ASAP. As a key member of the support staff leadership, you will oversee the smooth running of all administrative functions. About the Role This is a permanent, part-time position working Monday to Wednesday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only) . Lead and manage the administrative team, including appraisal and training. Oversee the school’s financial systems, including procurement and petty cash. Manage pupil data and statutory returns via Arbor. Act as a direct liaison between the Headteacher and external contractors. About the School This is a warm and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Enfield . Rated "Good" by Ofsted, the school is celebrated for its nurturing "family feel." The office is a collaborative environment where efficiency and staff wellbeing are the top priorities. Requirements Proven experience in a school office leadership role. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in school management software. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits £34,000 – £42,000 per annum, pro-rata. Benefits include a generous pension scheme and a dedicated workspace.
