Senior Financial Analyst (Real Estate)

Department: Valuation and Feasibility Studies Reports to: Valuation Manager, Advisory Services, Ha Noi JOB BRIEF - Our Advisory team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to conduct market research, interact with clients, and use financial data to create financial valuations and reports. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce high-quality real estate valuation and feasibility study reports. This includes collecting project information, site inspections, market research, modelling, reviewing, writing reports, and liaising with clients and other third parties. Allocate and review tasks performed by financial analysts and interns. You will also be involved in the recruitment process. Maintain, develop, and network with existing and potential clients. Manage our clients requests in a timely and professional manner. Prepare capability statements, proposals, contracts, marketing material and high-quality blog content. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Finance/ Economics/Valuations/ Real Estate. At least three years-experience in conducting real estate feasibility study or related work. Proficient in English (both speaking and writing) (IELTS over 6.5 or equivalent, internationally educated). Professional certificates (RICS, MOF Valuers, CFA etc.) are preferred.
