The Snapshot Location: Winchester (Accessible via M3 and South Western Railway) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Year-round) Focus: Strategic financial planning and investment management. Detailed Responsibilities Financial Management: Preparing annual budgets, three-year forecasts, and monthly management accounts for the Governing Body. Capital Projects: Overseeing the financing and project management of significant building refurbishments and new facility developments. Compliance & Legal: Ensuring the school meets all charitable status requirements, HMRC regulations, and health and safety legislation. HR & Payroll: Managing the support staff payroll and ensuring pension schemes (TPS/LGPS) are administered accurately.
