Key Responsibilities Customer Consultations: Advise Spanish-speaking customers on product availability, technical specifications, and sizing across a wide range of retail categories. Order Management: Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including order processing, shipment tracking, and handling returns or exchanges with precision. Technical Assistance: Support users with digital platform navigation, account management, and secure payment processing. Problem Resolution: Resolve service-related concerns with a professional and helpful approach, ensuring a positive brand experience and high customer loyalty. Requirements Language: Native or C2-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English. Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece). Professionalism: An organized, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills. Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer success is an advantage.
