About the Opportunity Our client, a fast-growing technology services organization specializing in data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions, is looking for a technical leader to drive Snowflake platform excellence and GenAI architecture within a managed services environment. This is a high-visibility role combining platform ownership, architectural decision-making, automation strategy, and AI innovation . You will lead enterprise-grade Snowflake environments while building and optimizing advanced GenAI (Cortex) solutions. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end Snowflake platform operations (L1–L3 support) Ensure high availability, reliability, and SLA compliance Lead Snowflake data modeling, warehouse optimization, and cost governance initiatives Architect and deploy GenAI (Cortex) solutions: Prompt orchestration RAG workflows Vectorized data architectures Define and implement automation strategies and monitoring frameworks Drive root-cause analysis and continuous service improvement Mentor and lead engineering teams across multi-tenant environments Partner directly with enterprise customers on requirements and solution design Enforce security standards and platform best practices Requirements 8–10 years of experience in data platforms / operations engineering Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, query optimization, and performance tuning Strong hands-on experience with AI / GenAI platforms; working knowledge of Cortex components Proven leadership experience managing technical teams Experience operating in complex, multi-tenant managed services environments Strong knowledge of DevOps, automation, and monitoring tools Cloud platform exposure (GCP preferred) Whats in It for You Compensation: ₹30–45 LPA (depending on expertise) Leadership role with architectural ownership Direct exposure to enterprise GenAI initiatives Opportunity to work with global enterprise clients Influence automation strategy and AI transformation programs Hybrid flexibility across major tech hubs Stable, long-term projects within a growing data practice Career progression into principal/architect-level roles This role is ideal for senior Snowflake professionals who want to move beyond operations and shape next-generation AI-enabled data platforms.
