Italy Warehouse Manager

Job Title- Italy Warehouse Manager Location- Truccazzano, Milan Job Responsibilities: Oversee overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Develop, implement, and continuously optimize warehouse SOPs and operational standards. Manage inventory to ensure system-data accuracy; organize cycle counts and periodic stocktaking. Manage, train, and develop the local warehouse team, including workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure warehouse operations comply with Italian labor laws, Health & Safety (H&S) regulations, and warehouse safety standards. Maintain efficient communication with HQ supply chain, logistics, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate issue resolution. Liaise with and manage local logistics providers and carriers; monitor delivery performance, handle exceptions, and manage returns. Monitor and analyze key warehouse KPIs to drive cost control and continuous operational improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable. Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience; experience managing overseas or European warehouses preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and process optimization. Experience with WMS systems and strong data analysis skills (e.g., Excel). Excellent team management, communication, coordination, and execution skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment. Proficiency in Chinese and Italian as working languages; English communication skills preferred.
