JOB SUMMARY - Must be able to work weekends. Site is open 7 days a week 6am to 9:30pm. Manager will assign schedule on 1st day. Parking is available in the parking garage on Hambley Blvd directly across from Coal building. Report to 5th floor of the Coal Building at 147 Sycamore Street, Pikeville. Report to Marie Blevins. Shirt and hat (hair net) will be provided. Uniform is solid black tshirt or polo, black shoes, black work pants, solid black hatResume upload is required. Grill Cook requirements - High-Volume Cooking (Very Important), Food Safety & Sanitation experience required. Must be able to follow recipes & Corporate Standards. Grill cook should have some customer service experience as there will be customer interaction. Must have hands-on experience with flat-top grills and char grills. They will be cooking burgers, chicken, hot dogs and breakfast items (eggs, bacon, sausage). Must ensure items are cooked to proper completion and temperature.
