Location: Remote from Lithuania / Latvia / Estonia Start date: 2nd March, 2026 Working hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 Two rotating days off per week Bank holidays paid double Role Description Are you a Danish speaker passionate about travel and customer service? Join a dynamic international team as a Travel Consultant and help customers plan seamless journeys. Youll assist with bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries, delivering a high-quality experience for each client. Flexible work arrangements allow you to work on-site or in a hybrid model. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email Assist customers with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations Handle air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and related services Find tailored solutions for each customer to ensure a seamless journey Candidate Profile Native or C1/C2 level Danish speaker English: B2 level (written and verbal) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Flexible and dynamic team player Ability to work full-time or part-time (minimum 50%, 20 hours per week) Salary & Benefits Full-time salary: €2,300 gross/month Bonus: up to €250 gross/month Part-time work available (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week) Paid double on bank holidays Hybrid or on-site work model Supportive international work environment Recruitment Process Short phone interview Online test Final interview Background check Call to Action Ready to help travelers have unforgettable experiences?
