Partner Support Advisor

Join our Team as a Partner Support Advisor Location: Gurgaon Hours: UK Shift Employment Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract About the role: A professional handling customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving complaints, and processing orders across departments. Requires strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to multitask under pressure. Customer service experience essential; telecommunications knowledge beneficial. What makes you a great fit: Experience within a Customer Services environment Experience dealing with difficult customers Experience of working within the telecoms industry (not essential) Experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.
