HI, Exp : 5+ years relevant Roles and Responsibilities: • Employee Lifecycle Management • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits. • Ensure accurate employee records on HR MS with strong data management practices. • Drive background verification, employee documentation, and statutory compliance processes. • Provide accurate payroll inputs, and manage attendance, leave, and time-off records. • Administer employee benefits, including insurance and mediclaim. • Ensure timely processing of HR documentation such as letters, contracts, and agreements. • Design and execute the HR engagement calendar and employee engagement initiatives. • Support HR BP and leadership in driving engagement, performance, and employee experience. • Coordinate HR communication initiatives. • Partner with HR leadership to streamline workflows and drive process automation. • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements. • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance. • Hands-on experience with HR MS platforms (Darwinbox, Zoho, or similar). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities. • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Exposure to HR audits (e.g., ISO) will be an advantage.
