Admin / HR Asisstant Manager (Xuân Sơn)

HR & Admin Manager/ Assistant Manager I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring for production and office positions. Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration in compliance with Vietnamese labor law. Ensure proper implementation of labor regulations, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures. Lead performance management processes including KPI setting and annual performance reviews. Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment. Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development. Manage training and development programs for employees and supervisors. Oversee administrative functions including office management, security, transportation, canteen, and facility services. Ensure compliance with labor law, safety regulations, and internal company policies. Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR insights to Management. Lead and develop HR & Admin team members. II. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial position in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices. Experience managing HR operations for companies with 200+ employees is highly preferred. Good command of English Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
