Remote Danish-Speaking Junior Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and support requests. Provide accurate information about flights, accommodation, and travel services. Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies. Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service across phone, chat, and email. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases. Requirements Language skills: Native or C1/C2 level in Danish. Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Must already be based in Latvia (remote work permitted). Important: If you are moving from abroad, you must confirm “Yes, I will be moving on my own” or “I don’t need relocation support” .
