Job Summary Daily Dot Art is seeking an Inbound Call Center Agent to handle incoming calls from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner. This role focuses on providing information, resolving basic inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Provide accurate information regarding services, orders, or general inquiries Document call details and customer interactions accurately Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times Follow company procedures and call handling guidelines Meet attendance, quality, and performance expectations Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Strong verbal communication and listening skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to remain calm and professional during high call volumes Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX Compensation $17 – $27 per hour , based on experience Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday
