The Opportunity You will play an important role within a stable care team, supporting elderly residents with their daily living needs while promoting independence, comfort, and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling practices Monitoring residents physical and emotional wellbeing Accurately maintaining care records and documentation Communicating effectively with colleagues and senior staff Contributing positively to a professional team culture This role would suit a Healthcare Assistant who is reliable, attentive, and committed to maintaining excellent standards of care. Essential Criteria Minimum 6 months recent UK care home experience Confident supporting elderly residents Good written and verbal communication skills A professional and dependable approach to work Full right to work in the UK Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
