Title – Procurement Reports to Plant Manager Team size – 1-2 employees Location : Thailand plant Experience: 8-10 yrs CTC : 50-70K monthly base THB Key Responsibilities Drive procurement strategy for aroma chemicals, aligned with global Döhler guidelines and business requirements. Identify and deliver cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities through sourcing strategies, negotiations, and supplier optimization. Build and manage reliable and sustainable supply chains, including development of strategic supplier partnerships and platform suppliers. Monitor market trends, sustainability developments, and competitor activity to anticipate risks and opportunities. Develop and execute procurement plans, ensuring continuity of supply, quality, and competitiveness. Lead and coach the procurement team on commercial negotiations and contract management to achieve best-in-class agreements. Ensure effective stakeholder communication and information flow across supply chain, quality, R&D, and operations. Support process standardization, continuous improvement, and digital procurement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, Code of Conduct, and food safety standards. Oversee supplier performance, issue resolution, and complaint management in coordination with quality teams. Support budget planning and ensure adherence to approved procurement budgets.
