Customer Interaction Specialist

Role Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Interaction Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will engage with clients, assist with travel research and booking coordination, and ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and service-focused. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with others, providing helpful guidance, and ensuring a smooth client experience from inquiry to confirmed booking. No prior travel industry experience is required comprehensive training is provided.
